The most Spiritual righteous (/ Levites ; when SQ  and IQ used to be basis of Vocation;  Brahmin symbolic ) were given responsibility of prayer, seeking Wisdom truths god, worship and link between god& others; due to opted Righteousness, they could perform this Role of connection with God& access Wisdom Rhema;

Apostles were also spiritually most Unctioned towards Bringing in Righteousness where there was nil scope for it(& give people a chance to know truth, be support for even One seeker etc.).

Anointings brought in Flow& Judgements that Influenced Atmos. moral Ethos.
